  • Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds once a campaign or development project has begun. Exceptions may apply on a case-by-case basis.

  • Vleads Services Limited is not liable for losses resulting from:
  • Misuse of our services.
  • Third-party system failures (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, hosting providers, etc.).
  • Any business decision made based on our services.

7. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
  • A user violates our Terms & Conditions.
  • Payments are not made on time.
  • A client engages in fraudulent, unethical, or illegal activities.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK laws. Any disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
